A Russian fork lift truck driver has been caught on camera crashing into shelves filled with vodka at a warehouse in Moscow.

The crash destroyed £100,000 worth of alcohol. The driver escaped with a minor leg injury.

I can hear Holly quietly sobbing...

Ah well, it's only vodka.

However if someone blows up Belgium :threaten:

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 12:26 PM (GMT)
Holly's been hitting the wine instead of the vodka by all accounts, so no doubt there was a hefty surplus anyway.

Although, let's be honest, if it was melon vodka, she probably made the driver do it on purpose.

You got there eventually. I had been waiting ;)

Peroni on tap in my local now

Oi, geezers, does anybody else think that the boxes are falling as if they are empty?...Surely not a candid camera effort?...

Besides, £100,000 of Russian vodka would normally only be found in an antifreeze warehouse...

:crying:

What a waste :crying:

Captain let's hope it was melon vodka, that stuff is the devils drink!!!!!

But you're right about wine, if that happened to cases of Rioja I'd be stepping out in front of a bus right about now.

Peroni is on tap at my local too, £2.00 a pint 3pm - 8pm :D

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 01:29 PM (GMT)
Havent got it on tap in my local, just bottles, 3.20.

But i shall be partaking in one or two beers tonight.

Holly - November 6, 2009 01:34 PM (GMT)
I'm going to the pub at 3pm it would be rude not to, it's bad enough we've gone into liquidation I can't let the pub do that too.

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 01:36 PM (GMT)
And our happy our is just for drunkards during the day, 11 - 4. So basically anyone who actually goes to work (no offence) misses out. user posted image

Holly - November 6, 2009 01:38 PM (GMT)

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 01:41 PM (GMT)

Holly - November 6, 2009 01:42 PM (GMT)

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 01:55 PM (GMT)
I used to have beers at lunch, but then about 70% of the time i just didnt go back to work, so had to knock it on the head.

Holly - November 6, 2009 01:58 PM (GMT)

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 02:04 PM (GMT)

I'm sure it's still the height of summer compared to what you lot get up there.

And we'll be in the pub the whole time anyways, so dont worry!

Holly - November 6, 2009 02:15 PM (GMT)
Ok no thermals, I'll try the beer jacket idea :D

Just keep me supplied with drink to keep warm

Michael Westen - November 6, 2009 02:18 PM (GMT)
I dont think that'll be a problem somehow. Although try to keep up this time.
