Description: who will win it?

Coca Kolo - July 23, 2006 01:53 PM (GMT)
right..seeing as there is a Serie A thread and a La Liga thread..its only right to have a Bundesliga thread as well.

heres a suprise for you guys: Bayern will NOT win it next season.

my tip: Werder Bremen..the best attacking team in the Bundesliga and other than Barca, Us and Inter possibliy the most entertaining team in Europe in terms of pure football..however thier defence is suspect

with players like Klose, Klasnic, Valdez, Diego and Borowski surely the titles thiers to lose?

also suprise team: Hamburg..although they do need strikers.

Bayern will win it.

Bremen and Hamburg to fight it out for 2nd.

Hamburg have got 3 very good young players cheaply which i would have liked here in Van Der Vaart, De Jong and Kompany.

Bayern to win it. Hamburg to get second

Gallas The Gooner - July 23, 2006 04:17 PM (GMT)

I have a couple of German friends on msn. One is a Bayern fan, the other supports Borussia Moenchengladbach. They both agree that Bayern will walk the league again, so I'll go with their knowledge.

Unfortunately Bayern will win it at a canter……its more of a one horse race than the premiership.

I would like someone else to win it really (I watch a lot of German footie) but alas there is no chance.

Bayern will win it, even without Ballack.

Podolski to be top scorer.

Makaay might be sold to make space for RVN. What would you guys think about getting him? When Torres was linked we had people saying with him being young he will get in the way of our youngsters develpment. Not the case with Makaay who is 31 and can do a job for us for a couple of seasons.

Hes got an excellent record at club level and whilst hes never quite made it at International level, that wouldnt matter to us.

I swear Valdez left Bremen for Dortmund?!

Anyway i reckon Dortmund will win the Bundesliga, not because there my fav German team but because the team has a lot of potential with Nuri Sahin, Valdez, Metzelder, Pieneer, Odonkor, Kehl, Smolarek and Frei. Theyve made some brill siginings.

FRIEND: FT Borussia M'gladbach 0-1 Fulham

not my team by the looks of it :getcoat:

shame Fulham hadn't advertised it a bit better I might have gone to watch

Bayern has the best side, even though they lost their key player. They've got a great defence and masterful full backs, excellent wingers, solid midfield and an attack full of potential. I personally dislike them, but I don't see any other team finishing above them, especially as they control the FA as well (Beckenbauer).

Four teams, can come close, Werder, Borussia (D) (there's been a lot said about them already), Schalke04 (big spenders, but no silverware; one of the most popular teams in Germany) and Hamburg (sold van Buyten to Bayern, but signed another belgian Kompany-those who play Championship manager will know about him).

There's still Hertha, Bayer, Stuttgart and perheps Hannover to reckon with, suppose they'll compete for the rest of the european competition places and the rest will just try to save themselves for relegation.

I hope it will be Bremen this year! And Hamburg should get 2nd. It's so annoying to read about Bayern all the time! <_<

Song Billongs Here - August 6, 2006 01:51 PM (GMT)
My team Bayern will win of course.

2charlies - August 6, 2006 01:55 PM (GMT)
