£8m + Bridge and SWP thats a great deal we get rid of a greedy and moody git that makes Anelka look like a real stayer and chelski get a player that is disloyal and will bring down the club!!!!

While losing the best left back in the world, and gaining a player who rejected us for more money at another club, and an average LB. Sounds like a fair deal ;)

I think Bridge is a pretty solid left back, do you have to have the best left back in the world ? How influential is he ?
We need to be careful though because Clichy has waited patiently for his chance, if we bring someone in and instal them as number one, then Clichy could well want out

I rate Clichy a lot. His one weakness could be that his is slightly light weight at the moment, but that can be easily fixed. I would rather get Gallas over Bridge, but obviously Chelsea would not sell him
