He will be a good signing for them. Physically strong, and technically proficient. Just what they need. He will compliment Carrick well I feel. However, neither are particularly attacking, so they may lack a bit of offensive power.

i wouldv'e loved Senna at arsenal... he's the player we need and would be cheap too
Wenger doesn't think so unfortunately... we were linked with him a while back

He would have been great signing for us, best player over both legs against Villereal.
Gallas The Gooner - July 29, 2006 01:27 PM (GMT)
yer. remember him being linked with us, nothing happened after that
Coca Kolo - July 29, 2006 01:51 PM (GMT)
hmm...a good player but 30 years old, and for 10 million thats not a great deal.
still if manure want to waste money then let them.
Gallas The Gooner - July 29, 2006 02:03 PM (GMT)
i love seeing united waste money. veron, djemba djemba, kleberson, bellion etc...
but senna's very good. yer he is 30 though good point and £10m is a lot for a 30 year old.
The Emirates Gallastico - July 29, 2006 02:21 PM (GMT)
10 million euros is not that much...
northbankgunner - July 29, 2006 03:46 PM (GMT)
He is a good midfielder. Would definately welcome him at Arsenal.

Doesn't matter that he's 30. Makalele was 30 when Chelsea bought him. he'll be a great signing for Utd unless we can hijack the deal and get him at Emirates !
