The Merchants' Tent A band of odd-looking merchants have set up little stands all over Hokkaido Region in the hopes of attracting new Trainers' business. They look shady, but at least they sell Pokémon goods. A list of their wares is posted inside for your convenience. |

The Café Run by a group of Pokémon breeders, this is the most reliable Pokémon-trading service in Hokkaido. They also have a PC that you can use to digitally store your extra Pokémon safely. |

Professor Yew's Hut Professor Yew is a middle-aged Pokémon researcher who lives on the outskirts of Hakodate in a grubby little shack with his wife. He only breeds a few different types of Pokémon, so his selection isn't that varied, but he's the only professor of Pokémon around for miles... Route 1 Route One is comprised of a winding dirt road with an excellent view of the beach. Tall grass covers the ground for miles, and trees grow sporadically along the dusty path, providing shelter to a variety of creatures. The grey-green sea is fraught with danger lurking beneath the surface, but Trainers are welcome to traverse the sandy strip of water Pokémon habitat - if they dare. |

The Ash Ridge Back when the cities thrived, this place had a different name. But the locals around here all refer to it as the "ash ridge." This is most likely because of the soot that perpetually falls from the sky like grey rain - but on the other hand, it could also be a reference to the state of this bleak stretch of land. As the ridge is situated between the end of Route One and the ruins of Otaru, hope looms on the horizon in the form of another destroyed metropolis, giving courage and inspiration to the weary and suffering. |
