It's probably Singapore Players...but I can be wrong as I don't play DWO. But most likely Singapore Players.

Some players in game are known as SG players but theyare not Singapore players. Sg players are players who use codes to slow down enemy's speed get better weapons increase his/her points without fighting in clash etc.

This is the japs players usual call the people who use the cheat during game.
They call sg. that is the short name of japanese.
