• Click on "my controls"
• Under "Personal Profile" click on "Edit Signature"
• Image encoding must be written in IMG code. Example =

yes could you please put it on there?

For Firefox, right click on the image and click on copy image location
For IE, right click on the image, click on properties and copy it yourself from there.

EDIT: Yeah I put it there now but remember what you need to do for future reference.
