In the game I recive quests I go to that map and I win but nothing happens I go back to the npc and I do not know what to do after that someone help?

Which quest exactly are you talking about?

Normally, when you talk to that NPC, you have to select the quest from the list that has "Yellow Text" highlighted. Choose the one that you completed the quest if you have more than one quest on the list on hold. Then the NPC should give you the reward.

There is one exception, that there are special quests (usually event quests) that you need to talk to another NPC first before you go back to the original NPC that give you the quest to receive awards.

Side Note: For Beginner Quests and Challeging Quests, no award for those quests...

the quest from the blacksmith i completed the map but i dont know if i completed the quest exactly and how do i get war xp so i can rank up.

Once you complete the quest for the blacksmith (goal is to kill 200 enemies, so you need to do that in the battle), you must return to the blacksmith and speak with him. Choose the quest option, and then choose the quest you just completed, and you will get your reward. Unfortunately, War XP is not usually a reward (or maybe just for low lvl quests) and you will have to do clash battles or military training to get XP (XP is better in 4v4, and increases by how well you do in the battle). At least thats what Ive seen so far. Hope I could help, =).
