Ok, i really like a good old gifted rp, first let me explain a little about what it is.

Basically, you can controll either a Gifted, a person who has special abilities, An Agent, who hunts the Gifted's for money or other motives, or a Coorparation Agent, who hunts and captures gifteds for experiments. Agent's can have powers also, but they can only be minor.

Rules:
1: 1 power for each character, unless it's control of weather, manipulation of shadows, things that let you do multiple things.
2: NO god-modding, anyone doing so will be told to stop, if it continued then you'll be asked to leave. God-modding is having over powerful skills and such
3: No power-playing, same as GM, this will not be allowed or welcomed. PP means not dieing, not being hit and basically being invincible.

The Location
This RP is set in a large hustle and bustle city, where most activity happens in the night. There is a large park in the middle of the city. The north area is where the coorparation are positioned, factorys and laboratorys line the streets up that way. East, South and West areas are pretty much neautral, each with it's own dangerous gangs. You can start anywhere pretty much, you can be captive or free. Bio/History: Daijuji Kurou, or Kurou works as a 'Bounty Hunter' he was payed to catch the 'gifted' people, even if he doesn't know what this gifted people are able to do he still hunts them down and managed to hunt 3 of them and got $89,000,000. doing it. He and Al lives in a church. with all the money he donates to the chruch and buys food for the orphans that live there. Al is the source of Kurou power without her Kurou only has his guns.

Bio/History: Siena can't remember her past, the only memory she has is of one certain boy, who rescued her before she was about to get killed. After that, she remember being captured by the Coorparation, but everything from there is blank. She now lives in a small abandoned top floor flat in the heart of the East Area. She's learnt to control her powers well, and can use them for various things.

Power: Once per battle, if in great danger, Endrance summons Macha, his giant feline companion to execute an ultra-critical flash-beam attack. Only once per battle.
Bio: Endrance is a calm guy who never seems to panic. He is very handsome, but is cold and cares not for most people unless they can do something special for him. His closest and only companion is Mia, the cat perched on his shoulder sometimes. He trained in swordplay and, from where he came from in the Southern area, was the most graceful fighter there. He likes to take out gangs who call themselves "tough." Endrance prides himself on never being captured and enjoys his time, free and alone with Mia.

Bio: Captured by the Corporation at an early age, he was a human guinea pig for many experiments. He eventually snapped and escaped. He resides in the East Area. He has a great deal of control over his powers. He lives in the same building as Siena, only his room is a floor below.

Bio: At the age of ten her parents were killed trying to protect her by the agents. She was captured by the agents and was used for many experiments. Besides her telekinesis, she realized she was telepathically connected to her toy bunny. She used her bunny to help her escape. She was found by Siena and now lives with her in protection from the agency for now.

Starting Location: East City

(Umm, Moonstar, you could've asked before making our characters have a relation, next time keep in mind maybe the other person doesn't want to :P but this time i don't mind)

Siena walked the deserted streets of East City. East city was a rather rough area, with alot of abandoned houses and apartments. Most of the people here are people you don't want to get involed with, especially at this time of night. Siena was walking along along Green Medow Road, this is where people were the most quiet and peaceful, as it got nearer to the north city area, the people became more and more dangerous however, and even worse is that nearly all of them were agents. Any Gifted that dared to go towards North City, was never seen again. She was holding a few shopping bags after getting some food for herself and May, a young girl who was living with her. She found May on her own a few months back, and took her in for protection.

After sometime, she finally reached the stairs to her top floor apartment, though she didn't own it. She found it empty one night while running from the Agents, and has lived there ever since. She slowly and quietly made her way up the old marble stairs. Entering the apartment, she looked through the corridor to May's room, where she could just see her asleep on the bed. She smiled and wiped her forehead, placing the bags on the table and taking a seat,
"Well... I'm just about ready to faint" she chuckled and relaxed in the chair.

Leo is sitting alone in his apartment, a controlled fire burning in the middle of the room. He has enough food to last him a couple of days. The apartment isn't is, he found it unnoccupied and stayed there.

Power: He has a sword that, if he is provoked enough, will cause a barrier around him and summon multiple blasts
Bio: At 9 he was moved to east city alone where he was targeted by all sorts of trouble , pushing him to learn martial arts. Not much more is known about him.
Starting Location: East City

May was pretending to sleep when she heard Siena come in. She gets out of bed and gently floats over to Siena who was at the time sitting in a chair. I had a bad dream and I cant sleep can I stay up with you Siena? Please?

-Endrance slowly floated down as a light glowed on him and landed a gracefully on a rooftop. Upon landing, he brushed his hair aside and look down at a gang. His small white cat on his shoulder, he petted it and it meowed, the eerie sound echoing into the night sky.-

"Look Mia... more of the insects that tried to take you away from me before... I will not forgive them... I won't lose you... EVER AGAIN!"

In the past, Agents had taken Mia away from him and tried to lure him to them. Endrance however, destroyed them all by summoning Macha, his inner demon. He then pledged to never lose Mia again and to become stronger enough to protect her.

"Those ugly dolls will pay... Hrah!"

-Jumps down to the gang.-

Siena looked up too May and smiled,
"Come on sweetie, it's late. Here, i'll take you back to bed" she said and stood up, taking May's hand and leading her back to the bedroom. She lifted her up onto the bed and lifted the covers over her,
"I'm right here ok, i'll stay with you till you fall asleep" she said brushing her hair back.

(Moonstar.. Try and use speech marks around talk, and put it on a new line also. If you don't sometimes it can be very confusing. I'm not telling you too, just advising as a experienced role player myself :) )

Bio: At 6 he learned of his past and became enstranged from his friends and family, he moved to east city to be away from everyone, he is not known to cause trouble, or anything for that matter.

-Lands near the gang.-

"You... now you shall lose something precious!"

Wait Siena. Me and my bunny sense someone coming.

Takunada awoken from his nap and decided to head around town, so he put on his jacket and headed out.

Once in town, he decided to get something to eat and went to an all night restuarant.

"I'll have some rice and milk." Said Takunada.

"Right away, sir." The waiter said.

As he waited he let his mind drift away for a moment..

Leo is shaken from his reverie. "Oh great. If those Corporation people figured out where I am I'm screwed. Me and possibly the others in this building." he puts the fire out and sits by the door of his apartment.

Siena frowned,
"No hunny, we're safe-" as she muttered the words, a loud bang sounded at the door. Siena turned and shook her head,
"They couldn't of... May, stay in the corner of this room don't come out ok?" she said and closed the door as she left the room. Edging her way down the hall, she hesitated before clutching the handle...

"Siena wait. I'm coming with you. i have telekinesis remember?" "I can help"

"Sir.."

"Hm, Oh, the food, thank you." As Takunada finished saying this, he started gorging down the food.

"Delicious." Then as he looked at the bill his smile turned into a frown.

He was out the door and around the corner, he had left without paying, but he was able to hide very easily.

Leo gets up, opens the door, but not before checking if anyone is outside. He sits on the steps and wats.

-The gang surrounds Endrance.-

"... So uninteresting... 'She' gets easily bored... by these normal types of battles..."

-Starts to glow white.-

Power:She controls evil dark magic for draining health and power also fires dark balls and make herself fly ,she can make a dark barrier that can trap the gifted inside it.

Bio/History:Pyurrot was a gifted girl from along time ago but she didn't cared about people and was married from along time ago her family were killed by some agents sh never knew that were them she became an evil ruthless woman ,she never had friends,many years have passed,she was walking then she met an agent,he told her to join the Cooperation for hunting the gifted,then Pyurrot accepted the offer of joining the Cooperation she became a
Cooperation Agent she has no mercy even if a gifted person wants to fight she kill him or her she is cold blooded and with no soul.

Starting location:North Area.

"May no!" she said and ran towards her. Behind, the door smashed open, Siena turned. Three big built men stood in the door way,
"Room service". Siena's eyes widened with fear. She picked up May and ran back into the bedroom, slamming the door behind. She raised her hand to face the dressed standing beside the door. A dark mass of energy appeared below it, wrapping it's self around the feet of the dresser. Moving her hand across, the dresser moved to follow it, blocking the door. Siena turned to May,
"We've got to get out..." Siena said, looking at the window.

-Meanwhile in the alley.-

"Hrr...AHHHHHHH"

-Summons Macha... his inner demon, who unleashes her ultra-critical beam attack. The gang members collapse.-

Mmm... -closes eyes and pets Mia, who meows.-

*Pyurrot is walking in the labs and sees many of the gifted traped inside and she laughs at them* haha you fools are nothing but experiments for us your powers will be for us hahahahah*continues to walk and talks to the scientists* Work faster for the boss now ! we need thier energies faster ! *the scientists are working faster and draining the gifted powers and Pyurrot laughed at them* poor beasts hahahahaha

Apperance: Tall, White-blonde hair, fair skin, yellow eyes, metal claw for left hand.
Class: Gifted
Power: Electrical (pulses, computers, metal animation, etc...)
Bio/History: Used as a tool to find other Gifted, Zeros was able to learn how to master his abilities over computers and machines. Eventually he was able to deactivate the lab and thus escape.
Starting location: outside deactivated lab

Huh i knew it some freak was going to do that *said Pyurrot* no matter he escaped now i have the others heheh *goes behind the lab and activates it with a lever * now where was i....*continues to pull the lever in the cages of the gifted and drains thier powers* ahahahaha you minded freaks will die

Appearance: A small kid, skinny build, but with long flowing white hair, wears a large coat, almost to big for him(like aang from avatar, just with hair and a coat)

Power: matsu can bend the elements(if not allowed all, ill take just air)
Bio: A young kid who is very cheefeul, you has come to grips with the fact that he will be hunted by agents, so he practices bending so that he can repel them, even though hes just a kid, hes smart, but still very childish
Starting Location: Grass Meadow outside of town, along the country side

*all of the gifted powers are drained in the cages* ahahahaha the big boss is going to be haapy *takes the orb inside it the gifted powers* ahh now i will go to the building and give it to him *gets outside the lab and heads to the building* ah oh *goes to the elevator*.....*the elevator took Pyurrot to the boss's room* sir i have the powers of the gifted we captured long ago *puts it in his desk and boss said good work Pyurrot

-Wandering the Southern streets at night as he slowly enters the east side. With his small cat Mia on his right shoulder, he brushed his hair aside. He knew it was very dangerous in the south at night, but he was not alone. He had Mia, and as long as that was so he had nothing to fear.-

"My beautiful Mia... I will become stronger... yes strong enough to protect you..."

.:Matus meditates in the middle of the grassy meadow, as his pet lemur momo(same as from avatar) flies around and clatches several bugs, then Momo comes to land on Matsu's shoulder:.

*Pyurrot is walking in the southern area as she saw a blood in the ground* ahhh how great to see the ungifted dying *goes to the excution* ahh more of them were gifted now humans teh worthless freaks heh i was different than them teh *she continues watching the excution* hm......great

-Arrives at the area between the east and the park.-

Mia: Meow!

"Hmm?..." -Pets Mia- What is it, Mia?

-Looks over and Sees Matsu meditating.-

"... Mmmhmhm... It's nothing... nothing at all."

-Walks on.-

*flies at the eastern area and captures a gifted child and no one noticed* heheheh *blows a dark bomb in the place then flies away to the far northern area* now freaky boy tell me want to become a human hehehe *laughs while flying and the kid is afraid*

-Turns his head slightly, although uninterestingly, at the direction of the explosion.-

"... It seems we are not alone, Mia... But... these worthless dolls do not interest me... not in the slightest..."

-Turns and keeps walking.-

*arrives to the northern area* come here kid*grabs the boy and takes him to laboratory for draining his powers she locked him in the cage and began pulling the lever for draining his powr* ahahaha

Zeros watched the person through the window as the person, or beast in Zeros's opinion, drained the poor people's health. Zeros then just ran off, knowing he couldn't beat the maniac himself, he began to think, and ran off to a power plant.
