Title: Smackdown
Description: Who would win?

Gwyneth Pritchard - April 1, 2007 03:53 AM (GMT)
OK...This is like the Vs. game, only it's player vs. player. Or character vs. character, rather.

Pitting one character against another, in a fight with no holds barred, any and all weapons being allowed, who would win?

I'll start off with Tirzah Grant-Freeman vs. John Doyle.

blackadder - April 1, 2007 04:00 AM (GMT)
An irrefutable pwning on the part of Tirzah.

John would never be able to over come his natural aversion to beating up a little old lady, and in the time he spent fretting about propriety, Tirzah would have kicked his... posterior.

Mikhail Sweeney vs. Madeleine Smith

Sarah Borden - April 1, 2007 03:18 PM (GMT)
Tough one. But I think Mikhail would win out in the end. It would really depend on who got in the first shot, and I think he'd be quicker to do that...

Lonny Mant vs. Olivia Townsend

Madeline Smith - April 1, 2007 07:14 PM (GMT)
Olivia. I think she'd scare him away by yelling at him! ;)

Madeline Smith vs. Rachel Grant-Freeman

Tristam Ness - April 1, 2007 10:14 PM (GMT)
Ahh...a true chick-fight.... :D

Not sure really- while Rachel is a serious tough woman and can probably defend herself very well, Madeline is a hellcat (and probably fights dirty :P ). But Tristam and her mama would help in the butt-kicking, so I'm going to go with Rachel. (Plus she can probably kick Tristam's scrawny bum, so I want to stay on her good-side  )

Gwenyth Pritchard v.s. Tamsin Pritchard

Madeline Smith - April 2, 2007 08:00 AM (GMT)
((You said Rachel would win just because you've got a thing for her, Mr. Ness))

Tamsin, because Gwyneth is wounded right now, isn't she?

Wallace Vadnenburg vs. Mikhail Sweeney

Nils Jørgensen - April 18, 2007 06:19 AM (GMT)
Well, I almost beat Sweeney, the puling wretch, and Sir Vandenberg is trained in the art of beating people up whereas I am not. I'd bet on Sir Vandenberg.

Alice Alexander vs. Anna Sutcliffe

Madeline Smith - April 18, 2007 11:58 AM (GMT)
Anna Sutcliffe! Alice is so...wheeny and skinny anyone could beat her. Plus, I seriously doubt she'd even try to fight at all.

Jack Bristol Vs. The Murderer

Mjinga - April 18, 2007 02:56 PM (GMT)

The character you requested was not found in our database.

Etcetera - April 18, 2007 06:01 PM (GMT)
How do you know Jack Bristol isn't the murderer? Hmmm???

Nolan Quartermaine vs. Inspector Connors?

Tirzah Grant-Freeman - April 18, 2007 07:30 PM (GMT)
Connors, without a doubt. Unless Connors was threatening Quartermaine's children. Then I'd put my money on Quartermaine.

Charlotte Kendall vs. Rebecca Lindeman

Gwyneth Pritchard - April 24, 2007 03:43 PM (GMT)
Eeeeeeeep. Really tough choice.

...I think Charlotte Kendall would win though. I think she's really the stronger woman of the two, and she has more to fight for.

Meredith Brighton vs. Elijah Brooks?

Etcetera - April 26, 2007 01:35 AM (GMT)
Hmmm.... I think maybe Elijah Brooks, since he's probably a bit strong from all the metal-hitting and like you say about Charlotte, he might have more to fight for. Meredith is like all alooone.

Fedya Michailov vs. Anastazia Bartos?

Mikhail Sweeney - April 26, 2007 05:27 AM (GMT)
Anastazia Bartos because Fedya is very depressed and might not want to fight and although Anastazia used to be also she just got more lively in her thread, so she would probably win.

Madeline Smith vs. Charlotte Kendall

blackadder - May 6, 2007 06:45 PM (GMT)
Tough call. In the event that neither person was aided by someone else, I would say that it could go on for quite some time. And I don't think that either of them would hold much stock in fighting fair...

In the end, I'd have to say Charlotte because she's probably stronger, but I wouldn't bet my life on it.

Evan Stewart vs. Inspector Connors

Sarah Borden - May 6, 2007 09:34 PM (GMT)
Inspector Connors. He's a trained copper and I think he's probably more vicious a fighter than Evan as well.

Haverhill vs. Rebecca Lindeman?

Etcetera - May 7, 2007 02:02 PM (GMT)
Oh, that's easy. Haverhill, no contest. Rebecca is physically weak and has no experience.

Alastair Broderick vs. Lonny Mant?

Gwyneth Pritchard - May 14, 2007 11:51 AM (GMT)
I don't think Alastair could hurt a fly, he's much too naive (and wussy :P all uberhotness aside). Lonny Mant wins.

Dorian Clayborne vs. Inspector Connors?

Dorian Clayborne - June 18, 2007 05:33 PM (GMT)
Dorian Clayborne wins, hands down. Next question, prease?

-unassuming smile-

Madeline Smith - July 4, 2007 11:09 AM (GMT)
Steph, you were supposed to ask the other question. But, since you've obviously forgotten...I will.

Mikhail Sweeney vs. Nils Jorgensen?

Dorian Clayborne - October 23, 2007 02:11 AM (GMT)
(I wasn't actually trying to play. I was making a joke.)

Nils Jorgensen

Katherine Townsend vs. Tirzah Grant Freeman.

Gwyneth Pritchard - October 23, 2007 08:33 PM (GMT)
Tirzah Grant-Freeman all the way. No contest.

Alice Alexander vs Jack Bristol?

Tamsin Pritchard - October 23, 2007 10:47 PM (GMT)
Jack wouldn't hurt her, I think, but then, Alice would never hurt anyone. They'd probably stand around in the ring until they died of old age. Since women generally live longer than men and Alice is younger, I'm gonna say Alice.

Dorian Clayborne vs. Emma Clayborne?

Etcetera - December 18, 2007 06:29 PM (GMT)
Hahahaha! What kind of stupid question is that? Dorian wouldn't harm her physically, I think (although reallly only Steph would know that... :P). But if he really were to fight her, even just for fun, he'd win easily.

An argument in words would be something else entirely. But this is about fighting, right?

Okay... Rupert Lindeman vs. Dorian Clayborne?

Mjinga - February 6, 2008 12:55 AM (GMT)
Let's go with Dorian. He's a soldier and all, must know something about fighting. :)

Helen Hardacre vs. Mary Doyle?

Gwyneth Pritchard - February 6, 2008 07:07 PM (GMT)
Helen Hardacre. She's older, and I think she's tougher.

Nora vs. John Doyle?

Etcetera - February 10, 2008 08:38 AM (GMT)
Haaahahahaha!!! It's like... unthinkable. What Liz says about Alice and Jack is the case here too; they'd die of old age before they hurt each other. So then the question is: who would die first? She is strong, and she is a woman, but she's lived a very unhealthy life. He's older, too, though... Hmmm.... So I'd say he died first (God forbid - or rather I forbid. I'm God to them. B) Nora would be completely lost again).

Conclusion: Nora would win. I think. But she'd probably follow suit and die shortly after.

Gwyneth Pritchard vs Sarah Borden?

Mikhail Sweeney - February 23, 2008 02:51 AM (GMT)
Sarah Borden

The Murderer vs the Judge?

Katherine Townsend - February 23, 2008 03:04 AM (GMT)
Totally the Judge. Unless the Murderer IS the Judge.

Tirzah Grant-Freeman vs. the Judge?

Etcetera - March 1, 2008 08:03 PM (GMT)
Tirzah. The judge is way too much of a gentleman to beat up an old lady, I think.

Jean-Luc Dargeaux vs. Mikhail Sweeney?

Emma Clayborne - June 8, 2008 02:16 AM (GMT)
Jean-Luc only because it seems to me that if he were provoked into a fight, he would have to be all in or nothing.

ahahaa

Gwyneth Pritchard vs. Madeline Smith?

Etcetera - June 12, 2008 11:26 PM (GMT)
Madeline Smith. She'd be much fiercer and use worse tricks.

Gwyneth was shot by Dorian though. So let's see...
