Title: Is it just me or...?
Madeline Smith - April 22, 2007 10:11 AM (GMT)
Is it just me or has site activity been dropping? I mean, all right, peopledo post on some regular basis, but I remember times when there would be two pages of posts in the ball thread in one day's time. Now, there are two posts per day.
What is going on, people? Come back and post! :tarandfeathers:

It has been dropping, but I think it will pick up again.
On my part it's because of school. I'm taking three very hard classes, and finals are in a month. I'm WAY behind on everything. My brain is generally either in use or fried. :/
Blargh. Stupid finals.
But yeah. I know. It sucks when there are down-periods like this. I'm planning to try and post for my charries today though.

You have notified the rest of us you aren't going to be online., and so has Liz and Jess and some other guys. But I simpy hate it when people just disappear without notice. <_<
I hope they'll all get back soon. :)

I try to post when I know I'm going to be away for a while, but some times I just can't think of anything to write. Sometimes I find myself faced with the unpleasant choice of either posting complete... nonsense, or not posting anything at all. I probably do too much of both. <_<

April is just a bad month for school-stuff, all around the world it seems.
Looks like people are popping back in though. :)

Yeah. *sighs with relief*

Well, not to spout dramatically about the board visions or anything... A&A is sort of intended to be a home for people who can't post more than once or twice a week as well as those who can post every day. It's not intended to be a board where people feel pressured. And sometimes a slow regularity can look like continual absence to faster posters.
But, that said, when people drop off without saying anything IM or on A&A, Liz becomes very sad. :(

Yeah, I had a board once but it died because people joined and then didn't post. I don't like it either.
That's why I always tell when I'm leaving a board for good. I post that I had fun and then I say why I can't continue and then leave.
I try to post when I'm going to be absent to, and reduced activity, but I can't always make it sometimes.
But, this is my favorite board of all time, so I won't be leaving this one!
