Oh, I'm a bit brain dead as to what would happen for Wothersham and Alice to call off the wedding but I think it might be sort of cool if they had this whole extravagant engagment and started planning this fabulous wedding. It would just be more interesting/dramatic if everyone was into the idea of a huge wedding and then it got called off. Just an idear :D

Also, Mjinga, do you have any thoughts on when John would propose?

Yesh, I was planning for that. The plans for the wedding and stuff (John would start as soon as he was engaged), I just hadn't planned for the calling-off to be AT the wedding. Rather before it by a time.

And what I meant before was that maybe, the same day that John goes to call off the engagement, Jack's visiting Alice, and he tries to have a private convo with the baron, not knowing that John was lready going to call it off. And is all pouring out his reasons why John can't marry Alice and stuff. hehe *thinks it'd be funny*
