New rule effective immediately and retroactively.

Spamming: If you send advertisements for anything via mass or person-specific PM you will be considered to be spamming and will be warned; members who do this and are not in good standing will also be suspended for a week with email notice. Members who are in good standing and do it a second time will be suspended for a week, and third offences will prompt the staff to consider more lasting actions.
