As stated in the beginning of the Easter Ball all concurrent threads must take place before the Ball if your character is there.

There has been one exception to this, which is Dorian Clayborne's thread. That is because he left the ball early, after only four dances.

All other characters who have not left at such an early date must necessarily have their concurrent threads take place before the ball.
