What do you mean exactly? Do you mean a subforum for the Collingstead Estate in Lindeboshire?

If so, then I think that a thread would be better, in the Farmlands, or if they own a town house, in the Pleasant District. At least until it's been demonstrated that you host enough parties or whatever, requiring separate threads, to warrant a forum. :)
