Why is it that any time we have a good thread, even an okay-thread, someone says something, and then we get offended, and then the forum closes the thread? I had actually wanted to comment on that college thread, but nope, it's been closed out!

That was a bit over-the-top. What you said was, indeed, close-minded (and that's saying something coming from me some people would say).

You should learn that by now, you should never say that anything is "wrong" on this forum without some kind of reasoning.

Some things you should never say is wrong if you do not want to be attacked:

1.) Sex
2.) Liking older/younger men/women
3.) Gay (though they make fun of it, they really don't think it's bad)
4.) Church related stuff
5.) Virginity
6.) Racism (even if they do make racist jokes, they are, infact, not racist)
7.) Birth control/Abortion

All these topics, I had already posted about, been attacked, and got over it. I had learned my lesson, and now it's your turn. :D

Besides, there's nothing wrong about having a crush on your older teacher. It's just a crush, and most people get over their crushes.

I think it would be fine to continue that thread in a new thread because whatever the hell was being argued in there, which was basically nothing at all, was stupid, annoying and completely unrelated. I don't care if people disagree or complain about people's thoughts, but it shouldn't go on for 50 posts in a thread about something else.

I'm pretty sure Menello means the opposite. We have to be open minded and accept that people like what they like but there is a limit. The only person so far who has been closed minded was Pixie and I agree with everyone else that saying something is for one age set is stupid.

I think a problem that we have on this forum is that a lot of members secretly/not so secretly hate one another, and want to slide that in there wherever they can. Sort of like how I hate all of you. (jk)
