Title: Who hasn't had a Merry Christmas?

Katsumoto - December 25, 2007 09:11 PM (GMT)
Tell us all about it here.

I haven't, but meh, who else joins me?

NewCitin - December 25, 2007 09:18 PM (GMT)
I really hate the whole Christmas attitude. But hey I got a pretty rockin new computer chair so all in all I'm meh.

Never work retail around Christmas, it's just retarded

Cheamo - December 25, 2007 09:37 PM (GMT)
Christmas is the dumbest holiday ever. Not to say I don't enjoy many parts of it, but it's still retarded.

Hey_Ban - December 25, 2007 11:36 PM (GMT)
HurraY! A day we can go and buy presents for EVERYONE we know. I don't even know what this day is for, but we get all sorts of presents and give gifts to everyone and santa guy and two weeks off work.

That's christmas.(Or as I like to call it, cramstas)

Syaoransbear - December 25, 2007 11:47 PM (GMT)
Two weeks off work what are you talking about? I have to work tomorrow at 5am. Christmas is gay. I wasn't excited for it at all. Work has kind of put me in a bad mood about it because I really, really don't understand why people buy their pets christmas presents. Animals don't believe in jesus, animals also don't care about toys in the shape of candy canes. And yesterday I was the only cashier at petsmart and people were rushing to buy their pets presents at the last minute. It was me and two of my managers on tills. It was stupid, pet people are stupid.

I also hate how christmas takes up like 2 months of the year.

melie - December 26, 2007 12:36 AM (GMT)
Yeah, especially in retail. And if they play christmas music where you work, I think that after about a day or two of it, you'd want to muder the sonofabitch who created it, much less 2 whole months of it.

Syaoransbear - December 26, 2007 12:49 AM (GMT)
Yeah they played the same 12 tracks. 3 of the songs were the same songs just by different artists.

melie - December 26, 2007 12:51 AM (GMT)
Earplugs? Just wear your hair down and smile and nod when customers talk to you.

Katsumoto - December 26, 2007 01:12 AM (GMT)
Well now my girlfriend is starting to talk in the way of...well, the way a conversation goes, and then ends with "Maybe we should end this".

Worst Christmas....ever.

PixieDust - December 26, 2007 01:24 AM (GMT)
On second thought. You don't need to know. But my problem makes christmas suck.

Hey_Ban - December 26, 2007 02:00 AM (GMT)
Oh, well teh company I work for gives me dec 22-jan 1 off.

Katsumoto - December 26, 2007 02:03 AM (GMT)

Oh, well teh company I work for gives me dec 22-jan 1 off.

Screw you, this is an unhappy thread, complain or leave...bitch.

My further complaint, my girlfriend has now basically dumped me in all ways except for actually saying to me "you're dumped".

Oh, and even worse, this is all over an MSN conversation. She left with "I'm gonna go, talk to you later".

So she leaves me hanging here.

Classic teen drama stuff eh?

Worst Christmas ever....it's our 6 month anniversary today and everything as well...she has the greatest timing...

Syaoransbear - December 26, 2007 02:05 AM (GMT)
I hope you didn't get her anything for christmas

Katsumoto - December 26, 2007 02:12 AM (GMT)
That's the funny thing...I did, 1 and a half page handwritten letter, and 4 gifts...in the post more than a week ago, gonna arrive there and probably get thrown away.

I even got her one of those teddy things you win in those machines that cheat you out of all your money, lost a LOT of cash on that machine to get that thing...I mean it was a Yoshi bear, that's at least a little awesome right?

melie - December 26, 2007 02:19 AM (GMT)
:( a pox on the rhino.

Katsumoto - December 26, 2007 02:21 AM (GMT)
Meh, it's probably my fault anyway, I'm not good at this whole "relationship" shenanigan.

At least I had my chocolate orange...but I ate it.

So now I have nothing...dammit! >:(

Danielle - December 26, 2007 03:16 AM (GMT)
Oh Katsumoto, dinger, guy.

I got a lighthouse calander for christmas from my grandma >_>

Danielle - December 26, 2007 03:31 AM (GMT)
I was very suprised by it at first

Katsumoto - December 26, 2007 03:38 AM (GMT)
Well I mean...who wouldn't be...seriously, who buys someone a calendar of lighthouses?

Jenko - December 26, 2007 04:02 AM (GMT)
Heh, calender.

I was hoping to see my Dad in New York but I couldn't, and i'm not getting my mice 'cuz my mums afraid of them. :(

I wanted to send my family some christmas cards and some recent pictures of us, but my mum wouldn't let me do that either.

AND, I didn't get my presents, i'm not getting them 'till tomorrow.

Hey_Ban - December 26, 2007 07:48 PM (GMT)
That's dirty, you guys are dirty.

Dewaldo - December 27, 2007 08:46 PM (GMT)
Don't worry Katsumo I'm in the same boat as you, though maybe my break-up was on better terms.

Yep, right before Christmas and our one year anniversary. That was a kick in the pants.

Syaoransbear - December 27, 2007 08:56 PM (GMT)
what was the reason that you guys broke up? (both dewaldo and katsumoto)

Katsumoto - December 27, 2007 09:01 PM (GMT)
Apparently the "flirty" side of our relationship wasn't there anymore, now I'm sorry, but if your girlfriend acts towards you as if she doesn't even wanna speak to you, the last thing you're gonna do is start flirting with her.

She says we have nothing in common, which again, is weird, seeing as she couldn't name one thing that we don't have in common.

And apparently I couldn't make her happy, and somehow by bringing myself down I brought her down. :???: So I have a low self-esteem, so what?

If you ask me she just found some new surfer dude she likes and decided to ditch me (According to melie, the surfer's name is Gunther and he has an Indonesian accent...I will never understand the American mind).

Couple of other reasons as well, but I'm not gonna write a novel here.

Dewaldo - December 27, 2007 09:24 PM (GMT)
She had been depressed for a couple months and I kept trying to make her feel better. Then finals started and I got really stressed out. She needed someone to talk to and I needed someone to have fun with and cheer me up.

I kept thinking she would get better and feel happier and then cheer me up, but instead we broke up.

We talked it through and stuff, the break-up was mutual and I decided I would rather have my friends right now. Though I would have sooner waited things through or at least chosen a better time to break up, we were supposed to go to a wedding together a couple days after that.

Katsumoto - December 27, 2007 09:42 PM (GMT)
Yeah I had a reverse situation of that, I was the depressed one, and unknowingly I made her depressed through my own depression.

As she said to me "I don't need you to drag me down along with you" while she was downing her shots. What a great thought to end my relationship on, I unknowingly and unintentionally drove my girlfriend to drink... :(

Banello - December 27, 2007 10:37 PM (GMT)
Aw you guys... this topic makes me sad. I guess that's the point of this topic, but still.

Hopefully you guys both find Ms. Right *insert one of Ayu's emoticons*

I'd threaten to leave if the use of those emoticons became commonplace, but I think that would just encourage most of you.

Danielle - December 28, 2007 12:14 AM (GMT)
MAAAN this is such a bummer of a thread! MY CONDOLONCES TO BOTH OF YOU

I am so bummed now for you guys

melie - December 28, 2007 01:33 AM (GMT)
Well, I had a good Christmas, but my friend didn't.

She found out on Christmas that she was pregnant. With her ex's baby. Now, that's gotta suck just a tad.
