The Mountains of the Setting Sun As indicated by the name, this mountain range is to the west of the Empire. It is full of pitfalls and traps for the unwary and riddled with caves that bandit groups and elf-families tend to make their homes. |

Western Desert To the west of the Empire is a vast stretch of nothing but sand and sun. It's an unpleasant place, though there are rumors that there once was a thriving civilisation there. Occasionally, treasure hunters venture out looking for remnants of it, and few ever return. |

Southern Jungles To the far south are jungles, and few venture far into them. For all that rarities linger here, dangers linger also, and few are desperate enough to venture far. The jungles are places of savage beauty. |

The Sacred Mountains The mountain range to the north of the Empire is large and ancient, with mountains quite high enough that the only creatures that venture to the top are birds. It's sacred because the Imperial Palace is in the foothills, and because the First Emperor supposedly set foot to earth first here. |

The Throne Room In addition to acting as a place for the Emperor to dispense judgement, it also functions as a temple of sorts, and looks it. Gold and silver and precious stones abound, and everything is of the highest quality. |

The Water Gardens There are exactly five hundred fountains of all shapes and sizes in the water gardens of the Imperial Palace. Each one is unique and each is supposedly the masterwork of a different artist and sculptor. (Not to mention engineers...) |

The Hanging Gardens The Emperors like gardens, what can I say? This set is terraces and trailing vines, meant to look like a tamer, more controlled--and less dangerous--version of the Southern Jungles. |

The Imperial Palace This is the palace in general; the hallways, the private quarters, anything that is not in the gardens or in the throne room. Do remember that this palace is the size of a small city. |

Farmlands This is where most of the rice farmers and the silkworm plantation laborers live and work. It's mostly flat, with a few hills, terraced and landscaped for farming. Lots of rice paddies. |
